ZZ Diesel understands the importance of maintaining our customer’s privacy online. In a time of spam e-mail, and credit card fraud we understand our customers have the right to know how personal information is handled. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Will my e-mail address be given out?

ZZ Diesel does not sell or give out any personal information including your e-mail address to any third-parties. The information you provide to us, stays with us, but may be used for future event information or newsletters.

If you have any questions or concerns about ZZ Diesel’s privacy policy or data processing, please contact us. ZZ Diesel reserves the right to update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.

Security Policy

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Tax

Items sold by ZZ Diesel LLC, and shipped to destinations in the state of Indiana, are subject to Indiana sales tax of 7%

Warranty

All product warranties, if any apply, are at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly. Under no circumstances shall ZZ Diesel LLC be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of the product, or any other contingent expenses.

Shipping Policy

ZZ Diesel uses UPS, Fed Ex or USPS when shipping items considered non truck freight. All items ordered before 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped out during the same business day as long as the product is not on back-order.

ZZ Diesel does NOT ship to international or PO Box addresses. Should you purchase an item from ZZ Diesel using an international or PO Box address, ZZ Diesel reserves the right to cancel and fully refund your order.

Programmers purchased from ZZ Diesel may require a signature confirmation and any purchases over $500.00 may also require a signature confirmation. Upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for the product, UPS, Fed Ex or USPS may attempt to deliver the product another day OR hold it at a local hub for customer pickup.

ZZ Diesel will NOT be held responsible for any packages that are damaged from shipping. Packages should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged package, ZZ Diesel will open a damage claim with UPS, Fed Ex or USPS and will refund or replace your product once the claim has been complete.

To get your products to you as soon as possible ZZ Diesel ships products from multiple warehouse across the country. The shipment will come from the nearest warehouse which the product is in stock. **REMINDER** your products may come in various shipments and may arrive at separate times.

Lost Package Policy

If your package is lost in shipping, we will send a replacement for the item only. If you would prefer a refund, you must wait until the shipping provider completes their investigation and recognizes the package was misdelivered or lost. This is sometimes a lengthy process, but no refunds will be given until that is completed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

ZZ Diesel would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the products condition. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) See complete return policy below.

Return Policy

ZZ Diesel offers a 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at 800-749-0688, to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

• Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
• Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
• Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender.
• Returnable items must be received by ZZ Diesel within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by Tracking info)
• Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
• Custom tuned devices are nonreturnable I.E. EZ Lynk, SCT, EFI Live, etc.
• Once an item is received back by ZZ Diesel it can take up to 1 to 2 weeks for a credit to be issued to your card.
• Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products. Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:

• Product has been installed and/or used
• Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
• Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
• Seal on electrical parts is broken
• Product serial number does not match that which was originally shipped to buyer.
• Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to ZZ Diesel will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.

Core Returns

To return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product. Then fill out the form found at the bottom of zzdiesel.com home page. The form can be found under Returns/Core Returns or you may contact customer service at 800-749-0688. Once the form has been received, ZZ Diesel will then email you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please wait for shipment instructions before shipping any cores, many cores will be sent directly to the manufacturer. ZZ Diesel does not cover shipping costs for core returns and you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core if it is lost or damaged by the shipping company of your choice. The credit card used for the purchase of the product will be credited with the core's original invoiced value after inspection. Cores that have been disassembled, have missing components, or have damage to major components will not receive full core credit.

MAP Pricing Policy

Minimum Advertised Price is an agreement between suppliers and retailers stipulating the lowest price an item is allowed to be advertised for. If you've ever tried to shop around and keep finding the same price at multiple websites, you may have discovered MAP priced products. Look-a-like products you may find on eBay and on some websites may be cheaper, but the dealers that sell the products at that price have chosen to violate the manufacturer’s policies, are untrustworthy, and are typically blacklisted within a few months. ZZ Diesel prices products at MAP in compliance with all manufacturer policies. This not only means that you are getting the lowest allowable price on your item, but you are buying from someone you can trust whom the manufacturer trusts also.

Emissions Warning!

The products on the website are after market performance products and accessories. Install and use these products at your own risk. Certain products are not legal in the state of California for use on any pollution controlled vehicle. ZZ Diesel reserves the right to cancel orders placed from the state of California. Certain products can disable emissions control components. Emissions removal is illegal in the United States unless the vehicle is not registered with the BMV and is being used solely for competition use only.
