These Hi-Silicon ductile iron manifolds feature 0.275" walls that are 75% thicker than the stock manifolds to minimize the risk of cracking. Thermal endurance has been improved with thicker machined bolting flanges and longer exhaust studs & spacers that are black oxide coated. The manifolds have been coated in a tough, high temperature POR 15 coating that is a rust-preventive paint and will not chip or crack.
