The Moroso 27336 Oil Pan is a must have solution for the common oil pan rust issues on your 94-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. This heavy-duty 16-gauge steel pan is thicker than the OE pan and features a triple coat finishing process starting zinc phosphate which not only creates a durable finish foundation, it also neutralizes any corrosion started by the welding process. The second coat is a black 1-mil thick electrocoat and the last coat is a gloss black epoxy powdercoat.
This process has been fine tuned from years of oil pan building experience. The Moroso oil pan designed has also been subjected to numerous salt spray tests and is proven to be much more durable than the OE pan which only has a painted black surface. Gasket not included.
