Measuring the injection rate shape of complete sets simultaneously, and measuring the complete profile of five injection events per simulated combustion cycle are just a few of the capabilities of the S&S fuel lab.
Injector are balanced precisely as a matched set to ensure smooth running and highly efficient results. Injector sets are balanced so that they all flow equally or as close to equal as possible. A well balanced set of injectors results in smoother idle and reduced stress on engine components. Balanced injector sets are also more efficient, make more power, run cleaner, and provide better fuel mileage compared to comparable unbalanced sets.
